Customer Charter

Upon processing a service call request the aftersales team at GDI will send a text confirmation directly to the consumer with a unique reference number for their service call. The service engineer is copied and has a commitment to make contact within 24 hours. Our aim is that the customer will be visited within 3-4 working days. All service call requests received by the after sales team by email will be responded to with a job reference number with in two working days.

Spares and Technical Information

Spare parts are available from our warehouse in Ireland.  Please call us at 01 8428222 or email at sparesireland@glendimplex.com to order spare parts.  Each appliance on our website has a spare parts list attached.  Technical / Repair information will be provided, on verification of credentials, to professional repairers by email.  Our technical personnel can be contacted at 01 8428222 and select “Customer Service”, or by email at serviceireland@glendimplex.com.

It is our policy to maintain spare parts supply for a minimum of 10 years for electrical parts, and 7 years for cosmetic / consumable parts.
